He wasn’t worried about the rain. He was watching his paper register—the single record of his livelihood—slowly dissolve into a soggy, unreadable mess.
In just a few minutes, months of accounting and years of customer trust were washing away.
As a working professional, I’ve seen industries transform through technology. But I realized something deeply unsettling—the backbone of our daily nutrition, the local dairy supply chain, was being left behind. I didn’t want to build just another app. I wanted to build something that truly worked for the person on the street.
I spent time speaking directly with milkmen and their customers. I sat with them, listened to their daily struggles—calculation errors, awkward payment reminders, and the constant fear of losing their records. That’s when I saw the gap between the traditional “Doodhwala” ecosystem and the digital world we live in today.

Welcome to DairyGo. By accessing or using our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Use of Service
DairyGo provides a digital platform for milkmen to manage their customers, deliveries, and billing. We act as a technology provider and are not a party to the transactions between milkmen and their customers.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Subscription & Payments
For Customers: The DairyGo app is free to use for viewing delivery logs and bills.
For Milkmen: The service is offered on a subscription basis
(e.g., ₹199/month). We offer a free trial period for new users. Failure to pay
subscription fees may result in suspension of account access.
4. User Data
You retain all rights to the data you enter into DairyGo. However, you grant us a license to store, process, and back up this data to provide the service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users.
5. Limitation of Liability
DairyGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.
